Bagel class from 1pm until 4pm on Saturday 2/24. Cost covers all materials. We will use bagels as our introduction to baking bread. As we mix, shape, boil, and bake bagels, we will also cover some fundamental bread baking concepts like gluten development and dough stiffness.
